  I wasn’t pleased with Dr. Busch. She was very rude and not polite. I didn’t feel like I was given the best care. Dr. Busch told me my puppies mom shouldn’t have been bread in the first place. The mom didn’t have any health issues. Only one bad patella and the breeder was going to retire the mom if her litter had bad patellas. I didn’t ask for the doctors opinion. I just wanted to ask her how his patellas were and by the way, he had excellent patellas. That made me feel like, my new cute puppy wasn’t special and shouldn’t have been made. This wasn’t the first encounter we had with this doctor either. I brought our other new puppy into her two months previously. I was really hoping not to get her again after this experience. We brought him in because he had giardia. Before bringing him in, we treated him with panacur for 10 days. Dr. Busch didn’t even have a room for us, so everything was done in the waiting room and I was still charged for a vet visit. I told her he was diagnosed with giardia and panacur didn’t work for the 10 days. Dr. Busch told me he is most likely stressed and could be a food allergy. Our puppy wasn’t stressed and we never switched the food. What part of him being diagnosed previously didn’t she understand. She gave us metronidazole to settle his stomach, not knowing it was a key ingredient to treating giardiasis. I treated him with metronidazole and panacur together for 5 days on our own and it finally cured it. 3 days after our vet visit, she calls us saying the poop sample came up positive for giardia, shocker! She was only going to prescribe 3 days of panacur alone. We did 10 days and that didn’t cure it. So basically, our puppy would have been dead if we would have listened to her since he was only 3 lbs and had billions of giardia cysts in him. Honestly, I wouldn’t have come back to this vet because of this horrible experience I had with Dr. Busch, but we still go because we brought our other dogs to Dr. Israelson and he provided the best care. He was personable and friendly. He treated all of our dogs like little babies and we could tell he loves what he does. This isn’t just a job to him. We have 4 dogs that go to him now. Also your receptionist, Nancy, is such a sweetheart. She was so kind and made me feel very important and cared for. She is one of my favorite people to talk to. She greets everyone with a smile and really cares for all of the patients that come in. I hope you will address this review to Dr. Busch because I was not pleased with how she talked to me and our new puppies. I hope this will bring change to your office.

  Talked to this animal clinic for a second opinion. This is a wonderful clinic and they were able to help me with my concerns. I am going to be taking my business here for sure.
