- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I left the clinic crying. I went to Dr. Vera Carlson about a year ago to get recommendations for birth control and it was the worst medical experience of my life. She gave out-dated information about IUDs, saying that they pose a risk for women who haven't had children. (That's out-dated information.) She also wasn't very understanding about my want to adopt children nor was she sensitive about my genetic possible pre-disposition.April 07, 2017by Morgan Pratt
